represents a variety of non-profits, corporations, trade associations
and local government agencies before federal, state, county & city
bodies.
- Strategic advice on legislative priorities
- Drafting legislation and bill amendments
- Proactive development of relationships and education of elected officials
- Contact with committees members and staff administration officials on relevant legislation
- Attending key hearings of client interest
- Regular Communications with clients regarding legislative developments, written reports, bill tracking and participation in client meetings
- Preparation of client witnesses, including preparing written testimony if needed, before legislative, administrative and regulatory bodies
